SEASONAL FLORISTRY COURSES 2024
We are thrilled to release the dates for our 2024 floristry courses, all offer a real hands-on floral experience and are run from our beautiful garden studio in North Buckinghamshire. They are designed for pure enjoyment and to develop or learn new skills.
If you love flowers and want to indulge your passion, you have most definitely come to the best place, we promise you will leave us feeling inspired. We are passionate about our natural environment, the seasons and striving for a more sustainable approach to floristry and do not use single use plastics in any of our work or our courses - no floral foam (sorry)! We will however guide you on more ecological alternatives and when in season, we love sourcing flowers & foliage from our wonderful, local British growers.
This year we have a limited number of seasonal courses which you can book via the website (please see below) equally we love running private floristry workshops (subject to a minimum of 6 people) and we also offer 1:1 floristry tuition and mentoring. Spring Vase Arrangements - Sat 27th April 2-4.30pm £75
Welcome spring to your home by creating your own, naturally styled vase arrangement. If you have ever felt frustrated after buying flowers or cutting a few stems from the garden then struggled to arrange them, this is the perfect course for you. This is a small group workshop and is ideal for both beginners and those with a little more experience. Each and every one of you will create a gorgeous display to take home.
Introduction to Floristry - Friday 3rd May, 10am-5pm £300
If you are looking to develop an understanding of the basic principles of floristry and learn how to create a number of floral designs with confidence, this will be a fabulous opportunity for you. Come and join me in our beautiful studio for a relaxed, immersive experience. You will learn about conditioning, seasonal availability and the creation of a hand tied bouquet, a vase arrangement and a stylish bud vase display.
1:1 Tuition & Mentoring - From £250 (1/2 Day)
Whether you are looking to hone your existing skills or considering a career in floristry, booking some 1:1 tuition with We will equip you with all the inspiration, skills and confidence to take you to the next level. All it takes is an initial telephone consultation with Joules and she will develop a bespoke course tailored just for you.
Autumn Wreaths - Saturday 12th October, 10.30am-1pm £75
Autumn is such an inspiring time of year with an abundance of seasonal foliage, berries, seed heads & dried materials, all perfect for creating a unique wreath finished off with a sumptuous ribbon. It is an opportunity to capture your own interpretation of the season and we promise you will love the whole experience.
