“I am a bit lost for words when it comes to my experience with Joules at Willow and Thyme! We were a covid wedding so we had to organise our wedding 3 times. With each delay I was worried about how our suppliers would react, however Joules was so supportive and helpful. She actually made each replan fun as we changed our minds on colours and styles to match the seasons. What could have been a tedious task turned into something fun and she kept the magic alive throughout which I am so grateful for! In the run up to the wedding, Joules was relaxed and organised. I had complete faith to just let her get on with it and she did such an amazing job. I cried when I saw my bouquet because of how beautiful it was.
