How we love an autumnal wedding and Many & Ben’s has to be one of our all time favourites. It was a beautiful November day and the barn and grounds at The Great Barn at Aynho looked absolutely stunning in the autumn sunshine. With wedding preparations underway, Will Patrick (awesome photographer and good friend to Ben & Mandy) was busy capturing all those precious moments whilst we finished setting up in the barn.

Mandy & Ben had such a clear vision for their wedding and we were so excited to play our part. From the first time I met them I just adored their brief, a muted palette for all the florals, masses of textured foliage and dried flowers/grasses - all of which we knew would look beautiful against the warm, honey coloured walls of the barn.

We lined the aisle in the ceremony barn with loose foliage trails, and copper lanterns - the focal display was our freestanding arch which we decorated with fresh and dried flowers. We so loved the addition of trailing, foliage curtains in both barns and how they created lush green backdrops, bringing a little “garden” inside.

For the wedding breakfast and in the far barn, we introduced a variety of brown bottles with dried grasses, flowers and seed-heads, lots of candles and foliage garlands on the fire places, mezzanine and walls.

All those little details - buttonholes, bouquets, confetti (all dried by us - whose idea was that?), little bottles of beautiful dried flower stems, candles, oh and that cake - absolutely stunning and made by another talented friend.

Beautiful people - family, friends and all those you love to make your day perfect.

Mandy & Ben, we wish you every happiness and a life full of joy, laughter and many, many adventures.

Thank you so much for trusting us with your florals, we loved every little detail, you were an absolute dream to work with.

Much love, Joules xx
