I knew from the minute I met Grace and her mum Catherine, that I would simply love to work for them, their warmth and energy was so inspiring; they arrived as strangers and left as friends, well at least I had hoped so! Grace & Dan had planned a relaxed spring wedding in Grace's local church in Fulmer and a marquee reception at her family home in Burnham Beeches in Buckinghamshire. When I saw the most stunning grounds and garden, I was blown away; it looked even more fabulous on the day than we could have imagined.
After much planning, Grace & Dan's big day finally arrived. I shall let Green Antlers Photography tell the story with their wonderful images which perfectly capture the beauty of the day, starting with the bridal party early morning preparations.
The wedding ceremony was at the pretty St Jame's church in Fulmer which we filled with soft, blush blooms on the widow ledges, font, pews, and a pair of lovely rustic milk churns to frame the entrance.
The excitement mounts as the groomsmen choose their buttonholes and Grace and her bridesmaids get ready to make their entrance.

The beautiful married couple, looking so gorgeous and happy, it was so hard to choose our favourite images, they were all magical.
Back at the family home, the marquee looked stunning, the wisteria even flowered early to provide a lush display inside the marquee. The table centres were cut glass candle holders and bowls filled with blush and white blooms, including peonies, sweet peas, roses, astilbe, stocks and lilac.
It was a delight to work alongside Jeni at Vanilla Rose Weddings who was there to co-ordinate the set up and supervise on the wedding day, smiling all the way.
The dessert table from The Red Cake Company was the most beautiful I have seen, the colours were so soft and subtle and decorations so intricate. Surely too stylish to eat??
I love this image of the night drawing in and the view from the garden looking back up to the marquee, surely signaling the end to a perfect day of love, happiness, friendship and and family.
